Professional Hosting, Done Properly

A clear, structured process — from rental estimate to welcoming your first guests.

We work with a limited number of holiday homes on the Costa del Sol, focusing on properties that meet our quality, legal, and operational standards. Before anything else, we start with a rental estimate so you can understand the potential — without commitment.

A Transparent Process — No Surprises

Hosting a successful holiday rental goes beyond listings and bookings.
It requires the right property, the right preparation, and clear expectations on both sides.

Our process is designed to set those expectations early — with realistic earning projections, careful property selection, and a structured, legally sound approach.

Not every property is accepted, and some may require adjustments before moving forward. We’re transparent about this from the start, so decisions are made with clarity and confidence.

From Estimate to First Guests

A structured journey, designed for quality — not volume.

Phase 1 — Rental Estimate

You start by requesting a rental estimate based on your property’s location, size, and market demand. This gives you a realistic overview of potential performance, with no obligation to continue.

Phase 2 — Application to Host

If the estimate aligns with your expectations, you’ll be invited to apply to host with us. At this stage, we review detailed property information and visual materials to assess suitability and guest experience standards. Every property is considered individually.

Phase 3 — Review & Alignment

Each application is carefully reviewed to ensure it fits our hosting model. Some properties may require adjustments before moving forward, while others may not be a suitable fit. We prioritise long-term performance and consistency over short-term volume.

Phase 4 — Agreement & Readiness

Once accepted, we move forward once everything is contractually and legally in place. This ensures a clear foundation before any operational work begins.

Phase 5 — Preparation & Setup

After agreement, we prepare your property for launch. This phase focuses on readiness, presentation, and positioning — ensuring your home meets platform standards and guest expectations before going live.

Phase 6 — Launch & Active Hosting

Once live, we manage the day-to-day hosting operations and performance. This includes listing and pricing optimisation, calendar management, guest communication, arrival coordination, cleaning and laundry coordination, and ongoing oversight. Owners receive clear visibility and updates, ensuring the property continues to perform smoothly over time.

Our Role as Your Hosting Partner

We manage the commercial and guest-facing side of your holiday rental, coordinating the day-to-day operations required for successful short-term letting.

This includes:

  • Listing creation and optimisation across major booking platforms
  • Dynamic pricing and calendar management
  • Multi-platform booking coordination
  • Guest communication before, during, and after each stay
  • Guest arrival coordination and stay support
  • Registration of guest details with the relevant authorities (SES Hospedajes)
  • Cleaning and professional laundry coordination
  • Ongoing performance monitoring and optimisation

Throughout each stay, we oversee communication and activity to ensure everything runs smoothly, while keeping owners informed as needed.

Co-Hosting Means You Stay in Control

Our co-hosting model is designed to give you professional hosting support without giving up ownership, control, or long-term value.

It ensures that:

  • Your listings and hosting accounts remain in your name
  • Reviews, ratings, and reputation belong to you
  • Any Airbnb Superhost status is earned on your account
  • You retain full ownership and decision-making power

If our collaboration ever ends, your listings, performance history, and reputation stay with you — uninterrupted.

Your property’s success across every channel it’s listed on (including Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and Expedia) always remains yours.

Why This Matters

Some hosting models operate under external profiles, meaning reviews and reputation stay with the management company rather than the owner.
Over time, this can limit flexibility and make transitions difficult.

Our approach ensures your property builds lasting value — supported by professional hosting, not dependent on it.
